Michel Rondeau

Formé à l’école exigeante de la restauration notamment chez Lenôtre, Michel Rondeau a d’abord exercé comme Chef Pâtissier dans de fameux restaurants (Chez Lameloise puis chez Bariller à Tours).

C’est un long détour par Londres qui lui a permis d’explorer le domaine de la décoration intérieure, notamment les décors peints et dorés réalisés pour des clients en Angleterre et à l’étranger.

De retour en France il crée la Société AURELIS et développe son activité de création tout en gardant une collaboration privilégiée avec quelques designers anglais.

Trained in the strict discipline of restaurant business, Michel Rondeau started his career as a pastry chef in some of the finest restaurants in France.

During a 10 year residence in London, he became well versed in interior decoration, especially in decorative painting and gilding. He applied these skills to numerous projects completed in England and elsewhere.

Upon his return to France, Michel founded AURELIS, an interior decoration business through which he continues his creative work. He still maintains a close collaboration with a number of English designers.
